Dal with Naan Bread and Lemon

You love Indian cuisine? So do we! Prepare your homemade naan bread easily and pimp our Green Dal Bowl

Dal with Naan Bread and Lemon
Ingredients: 

For the Naan:
300g flour 3.5 g dry yeast 1 tsp sugar 50 g vegetable yogurt 1 pinch of salt 1 tbsp olive oil

 

For the naan bread, put all the ingredients in a bowl with 100 ml of lukewarm water and mix gently. Then knead for 10 minutes to form a smooth dough. Place in a bowl and let sit for 30 minutes, covered, in a warm place to rise.  

 

 

Divide the dough into equal sized pieces and roll out into thin round patties. Bake in a pan with a dash of oil on medium heat for about 2 minutes on both sides.

  

 

 

Prepare the Dal Delight Bowl in a pan. Plate and garnish with lemon pieces and naan bread. Enjoy fresh.
